My other vacuum refuses to work since I let it know it's being replaced. Send my vacuum already.

(I ordered cyan and got shipping notice this morning.)

I emailed them earlier today, and heard back from them with a tracking number. They said that it had shipped yesterday, but no info is pulling up on FedEx yet. I ordered the Satin Cyan.

I also ordered the cyan and have not received a tracking number or conformation. I NEED TO VACCUM ASAP!

Mine , the Cyan one, was delivered this morning @ the office. Just now brought it home for lunch and have already tested it on a small portion of the den.

I have not received my shipping notice on my cyan Dyson either. Seems like most people have gotten theirs at some point over the last 2 days. Hope I get it soon.

I feel your pain! This is my first purchase from Woot and I don't see any notice of it being shipped. I noticed they took their money though!!!! :/

I've purchased about 10 things from Woot over the last couple of years. Sometimes the notifications come quick, sometimes they take the full 5 business days or whatever. There's little rhyme or reason for it. However, this is probably the longest I've waited for just the shipping notification to arrive. Seems a little odd this time.

Well it's day 5 and still no shipping notification. I also ordered the cyan model. Woot order page has said the item is in for several days now. I hope it ships before the weekend.

this will probably be my first and last time i buy something from woot. 5 business days have pasted and some people get tracking number and some dont including me. ive never bought an item on the internet and it takes this long to ship

The 5th day is not yet over so woot is still holding up their end of the deal. Tomorrow you have grounds to complain, but until then take this lesson into the future and read the fine print.

I have purchased from woot 100+ times and every purchase has been just fine. Sometimes they're slow, sometimes they're fast. I've always gotten my product and I've always come away with a smile.

If it is fed Ex home, they deliver on saturday

My guess is that they're OOS on the cyan, which is the color I also chose. Either that or theyre OOS on both colors.

This was my first Woot purchase, so Im not familiar with the workings of Woot and their inventory control.

BTW, I ordered on 9/22 at 600 PM PST.

Considering the fact that they are charging only $5 for shipping it will most likely be FedEx Ground who deliver on Saturdays. I am waiting for mine as well ... ordered a cyan on 9-22 and saw the shipped notification this morning but no further details are available from FedEx.

received tracking notice a while ago but still no information from fedex so that means my item hasn't even left the facility yet!!! ugh... i was hoping to have this by saturday, doesn't look too promising

Don't worry too much. I've made several purchases and returns(which by the way,they're the best in that Dept.)and this one just seems a little slow. They did sell 8322 of them. Woot is the best! P.S. I'm still waiting on my shipment conf. #.

Hey Woot. First let me say I love you, but I've never waited this long for tracking info from you before. I know it will show up at some point, but it would be nice to know when. Could you please post info about the shipping progress, maybe how long it will take to get them all shipped? Oh, if it's a problem with the "blue" unit, then just send me a yellow one. Thanks!!!!

yea i havent received tracking info yet either, but i am not worried
