On the top of this page click "My Account" under your username. On the next page click the product linked on the left side of the page under "what you've bought from Woot
." This is where the shipping info will be posted when it becomes available.

Yeah, woot isn't the fastest shipper around, but for a $5 flat rate, I don't complain much.

I sometimes wonder if they're doing what Radio Shack used to do decades ago. They'd put an item on sale and issue rain checks for the duration of the sale, count 'em up, and then order what they needed to fill those orders. All woot needs to do is call Dyson, ask how many they have, see how many they can sell, then order just what they need. Sure saves inventory space.

On the other hand, I ordered an item here last month and got the "Your item has shipped!" email confirmation two hours after I found the box sitting on my front porch.

Go figure...

No shipping information yet, but from what I've read in this thread, seems that Woot! has a problem with delayed shipping notifications. If it doesn't get here tomorrow, I'm going to have to go rent something! *grin*

I'd "almost" be willing to pay additional for shipping, if it would get here faster. Six days for me now. Ho-hum.... :-p

Again, it says, "5 business days, not counting the day of the sale." OK, class, let's count them out, Friday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, how many is that? 4, yes that's right!

Today is day 4. I hate waiting too, and we all appreciate prompt shipping, which this is not, but at least their policy was clearly stated.

Yeah it should take up to 5 days in situations but not on a regular basis. Woot is always extremely slow in their shipping. The shipping itself is extremely slow, which is why I understand the $5. But there is no excuse for why it takes so long to ship it. Why aren't you (Woot) doing anything about it? I've ordered for quite some time and it's the same s*** every time.

WOOT isn't very good at updating shipping status on theirt website. Many a time, you will receive their shipping alert after the item is delivered! Its close to 5 business days now and you should see shipping status updated in the next few days but do keep a watch on your front porch.

This is my first purchase from woot, so I don't know where too look exactly for shipping status, but i know it says nothing where they said it will post the status, so I'm guessing it hasn't shipped. I skipped claening my house last weekend because I didn't want to deal with my POS vacumm knowing that my wonderful new dyson was on its way. Hurry up already. I'm living in a dustbowl and am runnign out of patience. Don't make me have to pull out the 10 year old vacuum with pieces falling off.

I'm feeling your pain! My old vacuum puts more dust on the floor than what it picks up! We do still have one day to wait until they have to tell us something!

in my limited woot experience, it can take a while before you get notice that your item shipped...and yes, sometimes you get both the notice that it shipped and the item on the same day. my advice...if you are happy with your score (overall value for cost), kick back and wait for the box to arrive. it won't be too long... .

I think it's pretty funny when companies use the old "the first day doesn't count" routine. I think it’s even more funny if you ordered before the business day (9a – 5p) even started.

Anyway, I hope it comes soon.

I can't take it anymore!!!!!!!!!!!! Do you people not read? Or do you not understand English? "your order will typically ship within 5 business days." Is that hard to understand? We ordered these last week Thursday...9/29 will be the 5th day. And you won't be getting your goodies on that day. You may have to wait 3-5 days after shipping to receive your package. Seems like some people should read the fine print before they buy. And if you don't like the way the site is set up - DON'T BUY ANYTHING!

I'm curious about how this works. "Track by Reference"... Really, I just put my order number, country and zipcode in there? The order number that was on my receipt from Woot? And FedEx doesn't need more than that? Or am I understanding this wrong?

One thing to look forward to when this does ship is it is shipped via ground. So it will at least come straight to us and not get stuck in some shipping hub.
