Well, how do you fare compared to the Zeitgeist? Chat up your fellow wooters and let us know how lame this poll was or what obvious choices we missed. For example: Was this poll a) STUPID, b) DUMB, c) POINTLESS or d) ALL OF THE ABOVE?

I always look forward to the credits because the Halloween films, along with the rest of the Horror films always have been my "NYQUIL" to help me fall asleep fast.

Season of the Witch.

It doesn't really fit in with the rest of the saga (?), but it is by far the most amusing.

I believe the full title for Halloween 2 was
"Halloween 2: Halloween Harder".

I would like to vote for the Halloween Remake by Rob Zombie 2007 as by far the best. It takes the time to examine Michael more as a boy turned monster than just jumping ahead many years like the original did.

You can't beat the original. My wife and I watch Hallowe'en every Hallowe'en. Still spooks us out. Of course, we're old, senile and burned out by watching so much garbage on TV, but hey, it beats macing the kids who come to the door trick-r-treating.

The original is the best by far. Season of the Witch shouldn't even count as part of this series. And Rob Zombie's remake is good on it's own, but stepped away from the idea too much.

I have never seen any of them and am not interested either. Not my kind of entertainment.

Same. No interest level at all.

The original was the beginning of the slasher films and Jamie Lee's career...

No one said they were Oscar quality films but damn..I saw Halloween in the theater in 1978 and it scared the crap out of me....
