Does anyone know what all that crap up in the attic is? Who does it belong to? Why is it there? Where the hell are we going to put son and his studio apt worth of furniture????

Storage space is expensive. We looked into it.

I have a room downstairs that is my 'attic'. A few years ago I took everything out of the attic and put it down there since its just me in the house. Prolly not the best thing to do since it's more of a mess - rather than packing everything up in mouse-proof containers it just gets put down there.

What the hell has happened to my quiet neighborhood?
When I was mulching leaves the guy across the street came over to ask if I caught anything weird on my security cameras 'cause his jeep got broken into tuesday night. Then later I see a bunch of cops wandering in the field behind my house. Turns out they found a body there this morning.

News is reporting that the person has been dead less than a year, no idea if it is a man or a woman. This field is several hundred acres, a cattle ranch that was bought by a developer just before the market tanked. It is boardered by the interstate so I guess it is a good place to stash a body in a hurry.

Heh - my mom had a fed ex delivered the other day. He put the package on the porch, rang the bell and went back to his truck to drive off.

Mom opened the door and saw him starting to drive off. She damn near chased him down the road. LOL

He saw her and pointed to the package. She doesn't get a lot of packages delivered.

Party was a success. Was up way too late finishing things, still was scrambling at start time. Next time I need to write a prioritized list for Orc, he spent all the last minute time working on "if we have times" instead of "needs to happen before showtime". Kids seemed to have fun and the birthday girl had a blast. Parents showed up starting 40 mins early for pick up so cake and presents were rushed.

I hurt my back pulling the powdered sugar down out of the pantry. So it's been extra fun for me today.

Ver3 was up half the night coughing, he definitely is getting sick. I wouldn't take him to church tomorrow except both of the girls are in the music program.

Yes they do! They used to send a lot of them to my old hometown to work on getting a "neutral" accent. I don't know if they still do though.
