Took two naps today. Shouldn't have done that.

Edit: Who's going to stay up and talk to me?

Well, another day has passed and I didn't use algebra once.

Still snowing, but not sticking to the leaves. Things should be ok here.

So no trees to fall on your house tonight. Should be slippery in the morning.

Nice to know there is a plan, Ice.

Karen's obsession, I'm not sure if it's funny or terrifying ;)

Took the kids trick or treating at the University dorms. Good time, ride the elevator to the top and trick-or-treat all the way down, the halls are laid out in circles going down the building. Not as many students participating since it started during the end of the football game, but it was still pretty good. One whole floor of girls loved our costumes, the kids enjoyed being recognized, even Ver3 (he was Master Yoda). We all went to dinner in costume after.

I bet it will melt by tomorrow.
This is like spring snow. Doesn't stick around.

Poor town spook walk. Rained out Thursday night. Snowed out tonight.
They are going to do the day walk for little kids and the spook walk at night tomorrow.

Got about a foot of snow here...ugh.

Something is amiss with the sewer system...but I don't know what. Looks like a plumber will be called in. Power was out for about 15 hours, as well.

Ugh.

Snow melting fast. Really nice out.

Rusty went into puppy mode on his morning walk with hubby. Did the puppy hop when running in the snow.
Doggies love that snow!

Morning all. Just canceled the computer fixer because it's not doing it today. At least not so far. I'm sure it will start again. I didn't turn it off, so how come it was doing it yesterday and last evening but not today? Computer, heal thyself?

This is new, the house across the street still has snow and it faces south.
We have almost no snow over here. It didn't snow below the trees.

Good afternoon all. Decided to pack early this AM. I usually do it the night before and get so overtired and mind numbed, I can't sleep. All down now, and going to take dog to the sitter's house. The sitter comes here to take care of remaining cat who is beginning to come out of his 8-year shell!

Our part of town just saw some wet flakes.

Been too warm for it to stick.

I posted pictures.
It started snowing at noon, not 9pm
By 1 the plants were bending over. Then it switched back to rain.
So, at the height we had an inch or maybe 1 1/2 inches on the ground.
Trees never got loaded, because of the wind.
No power troubles.

But Rusty was upset that we were out and nobody else was. There were three fools, around 8th or 9th grade boys playing soccer in the snow, in the rain. So Rusty figured there should be dogs!
No, there are only two of us who walk in the rain, me and Daughters friends Mom.

Today is nice. Odd. Some houses have snow covered lawns. Others nothing.

We are going back to the spook walk tonight.
It is stupid, but fun.

Long day. Power came back, then went away, then came back. Looks like it's on for now, so that's good. Still having plumbing issues, will see about snaking the line then call a plumber tomorrow if that doesn't work.

Drove around some--lots and lots of branches and trees down. We had at least a foot. Going to be a mess when it all melts.

My Mom is better. I don't know if it is the better before the end or if it is really better but she had food and water this evening. She talked. She made eye contact. She hasn't had any food or nutrition in 9 days until today. I think it is a God thing.

No more standard time, we might get a lot of kids this year.

I bought nothing. The only kids I had last year were the maintenance man's three kids. He's not here anymore.

There are a few more kids around, but I'm just turning off my porch light.
