What time zone are you? Central or Pacific?
Pacific, it's 9:48am here, my coffee tumbler is empty, and I'm pretty sure this overcast weather will burn off by noon.

Quoting someone and changing their statement for comical effect. Very popular here.
(FWIW, he changed 'the fog will burn of by this afternoon' to 'the fog will burn off by next June')

Outside of his audacity, what is the issue with the asking price?
If you knew nothing about him, his family, the house, the history, and saw it hit the market, what would you think about it?

She can't think outside of her own experiences.

I've nicknamed my cat "The Intern" because she watches as I work most of the week.

That's called supervising.
Just wait until you mess up and she has to correct you.

If it's similar to here, you may see the same inspector for multiple phases of construction.

Just an observation - Wegman's has the best frozen meatballs I've ever tasted.

Armour are awful! Mama Lucia isn't too bad. Never seen Rosina.

Wegman's store brand stuff is usually pretty good. I wish there was one closer, but that's a 30 minute drive in GOOD traffic...Sigh.

I count on you all to take care of things while I'm at lunch, do we have to set up an AZGman maintenance schedule around here? :D

Haven't tried TJ's; closest one is 30+ miles away.

TJ's has great stuff, and a lot of it is much cheaper than at other stores. Just about the only pre=packaged frozen stuff I buy. I've had their meatballs, though, and they weren't awesome. Good, but not amazing.
For nuts and dried fruits, they rock. Candy Cane Joe-Joes are my only 'must have' Christmas treat, and the TJ's bone-in spiral cut ham is my favorite.
I could go on--there are several things that TJ's carries that makes it worth going.
