Just ordered a clocky alarm clock for grandson. He's going to hate me. From what I understand, it's really, really tough to get him up for school. This might do it.

No, 2x12s are atypical. Usually builders use more smaller boards vs. fewer larger boards. And if it was from the outside, maybe it was the rafters?

Sprang m-i-l from the hospital, got her dinner and stayed until s-i-l came to spend the night. Nurse was surprised she's by herself. It would take a competency hearing to make her move.

Final diagnosis: dehydration and anemia. Yeah, yeah, yeah. After two other diagnoses that they changed their mind on. In the past five years, we know of at least five or six times that this has happened. She passes out, life squad takes her to ER, they keep her four or five days running a multitude of tests. Don't find anything.

Bought the glow sticks. Not sure why. If nothing else, I'll give them to m-i-l to give out at Halloween next year.

They aren't very bright, I was a bit disappointed, but they would be great for camping.

Have they done a tilt table test for vasovagel response with syncope? Hubby had that among so many other things.

Up this AM in SEA at 5 AM - arrived airport here at 9 PM - drove 70 miles and checked phone messages. Turned on computer - would not boot properly (it is hardly ever turned off). Finally got it all straightened out by doing a system restore as a last resort. Its l.ll AM - I am tired. Just stopped in to say hi to everyone.
