Zilla, Gimma and KT

Wow, we meet them and they stop coming back!

W the F, you refuse to meet me????

you backed out one time, but if daughter goes to school in DC, there will be others.

I'll have to settle for Josephus, who live in the same town as my boy scout cousin.

My husband went through a Bath and Body work phase.
Not for himself, kept buying it for daughter.
Yeah, it comes with some nice handbags or stuff, but you don't need that much!
Eventually she cleaned out her room and threw out a whole kitchen garbage bag size bag of it!
I don't go in there, because I'll see something that comes with it that I like.

Well, somehow, we are on the first run to deliver the new dishwasher.

Expected delivery 7am to 10am.

So, since I won't sleep, because I'll be worried about waking up, I might as well say goodnight.

And back. Had an acceptable nap.

Kitchen sink finally arrived hours after the countertop guy was here. But I can take it to them during Thanksgiving week when I go to pick out my slab.

How did the cookies come out?

I've already read the potty book 3 times since dinner, he's still in the sitting on the potty is cool, but I have no clue what to do stage, it's going to be a very long year (I'm already sick of the book and will have to keep reading it and reading it and reading it.)

Good luck. Son was almost 3. He didn't like potty seats. Finally cooperated when I bought a hinged seat for the regular toilet.

I have an adjust to fit seat and he likes it really well. Actually he likes the potty chair too, but I don't so I put him on the toilet. I'm not expecting it to be a fast road, but he's excited about it, so why not, I guess. I'm thinking of finding some pull on cloth diapers for him if he gets really into trying and not being successful.

Sounds fun, I haven't played Uno in a while. The girls are good at it, maybe we'll dig the cards out tomorrow for a treat. Ver1 has asked for more table games (card, board, etc) for her birthday/Christmas.

How old is he now? No point in starting if he isn't ready. Although reading the books won't hurt.

Son didn't care if he smelled like poop.
Pee was easy. Make a game of it. Hit the cheerio. Make bubbles (bubbles when the pee hits the water.
But poop.....that took forever. Just made it for him to go to a pre school program. So almost 4?

Daughter was much easier.

OH! Watch out if you let him pee outside! He will want to do it all the time!

For now he is sitting and he is happy with that (have a pee guard that's smooth and built in to the seat). He knows when his diaper is dirty, he's been telling us for a while. He tells his teachers at school too.

That's good. Son got the pee thing down pretty easy once he was ready. Like Dname's son, the poop took a bit longer. He'd ask for a pull-up, do his business, then back on with the underwear. Funniest thing. Finally just told him that it was time to use the toilet. He did. The new hinge seat was the life-saver there.

Oh sorry, he's 21 months. He'll be 2 the end of January.

Poof - Candyland was fun twice. One friend at church pulled out all the character cards so you just drew colors, otherwise she couldn't take the length of the game.

Ver1 is way above grade level, so we aren't stuck with the little kid games anymore, Ver1 and Ver2 can figure out quite a few games, although Ver2 is still at the very early stages of reading.

I looked for a hinge seat when Ver1 was training, the seat I got was recommended by lots of moms and it's worked well so far. If it fails, I'd get a hinge seat.
