Almost got rear-ended in son's car at lunch. Guy behind me not paying attention in a construction zone and didn't notice me flashing my brake lights either. Would have bee a bad one. Luckily, I had room to move up some and and slightly into oncoming traffic. He locked his brakes and went the other direction. Whew.

Spent bundles at Sam's today. Geez, pecans are over $8 a pound!

Afternoon all. Typing over top of sleeping Ver3. Should be working I suppose. Freezing, no idea why, not making me want to work though.

Have decided that if the living room does not get textured by the end of this weekend to bag it until spring (or at least after the holidays). I need my house back and I'm tired of walking through the "staying out of the way" piles.

Made quiche and pizza for dinners. Cooking a different meal for kids sounded crazy not long ago. Now, it's just easier.

Wasn't impressed with the crust. Will let it age a day or two, see if that improves it.
