Going out for a nature walk every week or so is good enough for me
I run three or four days a week. For the endorphins. You know what goes good with endorphins? BEER. Beer goes GREAT with endorphins. Don't knock it until you've tried it.
No sense lying, I get on the kick then slack off. I'm doing some major home improvements myself in a townhouse with stairs, so no need to supplement physical activity. ADD + stairs = exercise! Thank goodness for the wootoff, maybe I can get some household items I missed.
I'm diabetic. Exercise is a must do.

Ditto. Atkins ftw! And Metformin.
I recently rejoined a martial arts school. If I have to schedule my own workouts, I simply won't. If I have a schedule set for me, it works better.
Working out is a way of life for me, 5 or 6 days a week both with weights and cardio. Not many people can say that they are in better shape at 48 years old than they were when they were 18.
I hunt zombies.
I don't own a car... so between bicycling and walking from bus to train I stay in decent shape without having to exercise just to exercise...
I end up walking on average a couple miles every day at work, without even trying. My walk from my parking space - which is the *closest* space to my office I can get - is over a quarter-mile. My office is a nontrivial distance from the rooms where I do most of my work, and I end up covering that distance 10 or more times in an average day as well.
Not really. I normally chase the dog around for a few minutes when the weather is nice, maybe play some fetch and catch with him, even an occasional tug of war (now THAT is a challenge, he is 80lb Great Dane puppy!). Other than that, I avoid it when I can. I dont sleep enough, and I work to much. I dont have the time or energy to exercise.
I'm a mom to a toddler and in my spare time, I'm a general contractor/carpenter. Trust me, I get plenty of exercise.
I don't believe that 25% of the people who answered this actually work out multiple times a week. If that's the case it's well above the US average.
I actively find ways around over-exerting myself.

Roller Derby practices twice weekly (was 3, but we're at a new venue now). :D That combined with my job gets enough in.
Monday - Friday I walk approximately 6,000 steps at work. (Thanks, pedometer!) Everyday I go for a 15 minute mile walk and on Tuesdays and Thursdays I do strength training. I'm not in great shape right now, so I am starting out slowly. My goal is to get to a daily run of 5 miles a day.
P90X every day plus a 5-6 mile run a couple days a week.
I go rock climbing two to three times a week. One of the places I go is a small wall inside a larger gym, so I work out my climbing muscles too. Before (and outside of) rock climbing, I work out never.
4 or 5 days a week. Breakdance training.

Exactly! Exercise has gotta be one of the most vile words i've ever heard.
I jump to conclusions and fly off the handle all the time, do those count as exercise?
CrossFit 6 days a week, rowing 2-3 from March-September. Can't do a "real" workout every day or you wreck yourself or at very least hinder your progress. You have to have rest days in there to give your body time to recover. Voted every day anyway.
I was working out regularly, then I hurt my shoulder and had to cut way back. Now I am trying to force myself back to the gym again.
Does rapid and repeated pressing of F5 during wootoffs count as cardio?
CrossFit...4 to 5 times a week, check it out; it is the best workout regimen out there by far! I get weird looks at the gym (you don't see many people doing burpees or kettlebell swings at the box gyms), but I am in the best shape of my life!
I lift weights once a week, using a high-intensity protocol. That's about all I can stand. None of that wasting time doing set after set with light weights - yeah, you say they're not light, but if you can do three sets of ten reps, they're light weights.
I play soccer!
Preschool teacher here, between running after kids and lifting them I'm in better shape than pretty much ever.
I bike to and from work every day. Every. Bloody. Day. Three miles each way in a windy, rainy ****storm not far from Seattle. That's right. I ride in the rain.
I'm military, I get *paid* to work out several times a week! Yeah PT!

I have 4 and 5 year olds in a 3 story house. Who needs or has time for more exercise. Pedometer (from woot) says avg 20,000 steps a day.
I recently retired and made the commitment to work out regularly. I'm doing yoga one day a week and 4 trips to the gym for cardio plus weights.

Atkins FTW! (non-diabetic)
Intentional exercise? As opposed to what? "Oh dang! I accidentally walked up part of that escalator!"
I get too tired but I hear steroids may help.

what kind of martial arts? i train aikido :-)

I retired 8 years ago. I started a very similar exercise/weight program. Lasted a couple of years. I got over it. You will too. Yawn, nap time.
