Yes, the email came Nov 29th 7pm. If you did not get an email it may have gone to your junk folder. You can check your account status or try the order number reference on fedex.

Yup- I tried it out last night and it seems to work fine (I'm actually really impressed with the AI and the performance). I'd also expect "just-like-new" performance from a refurb though, so all my test has really proven is that it works.

The annoying thing is that a definitely new one from Amazon is only $50 more, so if this is a refurb, it isn't worth the slight savings to me.

The order reference number came up empty on FedEx.

Nothing in the spam/junk folder from Woot, and I have been getting the daily digest from them delivered to my inbox just fine all week. It does say up to five business days to ship, which by my count is tomorrow.

This is my first order from Woot so I'm not familiar with how everything works. I am starting to get a bit nervous though since others have received their robots and nothing has changed on my account status.

I don't think mine ever updated past that status, either, but my robot arrived yesterday.

I believe these items are sent by smartpost, which is a handoff between USPS and FedEx, so the tracking numbers always lag WAAAAAY behind. Yours will probably show up very soon.

Oh yah! Played with my new toy. Satisfied with my new pet...very "neato" indeed.

As an Amazon Prime member I was impatient with how long it took to get it. But I guess its worth the $20 i saved...w/ Texas state tax.

Looks like I know what to get my folks for christmas.

Doh! My neato is broke :'(. It said "Battery overheated" for an hour after 15 minutes of cleaning. Called neato and within 10 minutes of troubleshooting they had another brand new neato FedEx'ed out to me with a pre-paid shipping label for the old one. AWESOME customer service!

Used it once, was very impressed. Forced me to tidy up some wires and other things, which is good because I have a kid that will be crawling soon.

Next day, battery has a critical error. Tried charging it by plugging it into the power supply, rather than docking it (read somewhere that that fixed the critical error problem for some), but it didn't help. Also intermittently says the battery has overheated. Hope it's not a fire hazard...unplugged now.

fun fun...contacted Neato, waiting to hear back. Heard good thing about their customer service, so I'm optimistic...

Hope others' units are working better...

I missed these on home.woot when they were live during the woot off (I was actually waiting on a roomba). However between waiting on the roomba and missing the Neato I did some research and decided next time one of these show up on woot I'll nab one. Then yesterday ebay offered a new XV-11 as part of their daily deals special. $299, free shipping plus 4 extra filters, an extra replacement brush, & 3 extra squeegees.

What pushed me over the edge besides all the extras was no tax via ebay and the fact that Neato's customer service really seems to take ownership of any defective units that might make it out there so I felt pretty confident that if I got a lemon I'd eventually get a good one with little hassle.

That said, mine is due to arrive tomorrow.

Mine errored out on the first try. So sad. Neato was great about customer service, though. They tell me another is on the way to me. Maybe this is a time to consider the extended warranty Neato offers. . .

Bought this for Christmas, worked like a charm for three weeks, then it broke on Jan. 17th. Return couldn't be easier; Customer service was a breeze. They immediately shipped a brand new one with a shipping label to allow me to ship back the broken one. This machine is awesome! Love, love, love it! I no longer have dog hair and grit under my bare feet, it runs while I'm at work, parks itself and waits until I come home to dump the little container. Amazingly awesome. Glad I did my homework and went with the Neato instead of the Roomba. Nice people, great customer service, cool product.
