Late to the party, I know, but I had to add my two cents on keeping travel mugs clean: denture cleaning tablets! Soak the cups once a week with a tab and warm water, no residue. (It took three cycles of cleaning to get all the crud off of mine the first time but they are now like brand new!)

I have two of these already and purchased them again. I like the fact that I can carry it in my tote bag and it doesn't leak and also that it fits in my van cupholder.

Got a reply from service - no replacements available, refunding my account. Which I suppose is fair, but unfortunate - I really wanted them.

Received mine today and they look like a truck ran over them. One is broken and the other is scuffed beyond belief. First time since I joined I have been truly dissappointed in the merchandise.

Wanna buy mine? Sure, they're leak-proof alright. But as far as keeping my coffee hot? not worth a flip. Highly highly disappointed.

Got my six yesterday 12/8 here in Oklahoma. 3 green and 3 gray all packed in a STANLEY shipping box inside another rather large shipping box surrounded by bags of Texas air. All look retail-ready or ready for gift giving...in early testing the green sample I chose does not leak one bit. Thanks w00t, you're the best! Any more at home like you?

All 12 showed up today. The one box of 6 that I opened checked out great. Inner box was pretty trashy but mugs are even better then I expected.This will make a great christmas gift for my coffee addicted friends. Thanks Uncle Woot!

Got these yesterday, awesome! thanks so much woot!

Pulled one out of the box, filled it with coffee, turned upside down. NO LEAKS! That was two hours ago. Coffee isn't screaming hot, but it's still warm. Thanks woot!

Received my 2 mugs today. I think they are going to do the trick. I'm tired of travel mugs starting out great then leaking after using for a while. My only complaint is one came wrapped in bubble wrap and one didn't. Guess what happened to the one that wasn't wrapped? It arrived with a dent in it. Seeing these are for me and not gifts, I'll be keeping them but from now on, I think both should have been wrapped.

That last mile serviced by the Post Office can really slow things down I've found out over the last few years.

Got Mine on Friday, and tested them out today. 1 out of 4 are leak proof. If they all worked as well as that one, I'd be thrilled. But as it is, this one mug turned out to be very expensive.

Doesn't leak, which is great. However the cheap cup at the gas station keeps the coffee hotter than this mug. If you like your coffee hot keep your money.
