7 items in 7 hours. This just tells you how bad this woot off has been.

I bought the international one on the last wootoff because it has Greece and the picture on the front of the cover is of the island of "Santorini" which I want to see. When I watched the show I discovered that none of it takes place on any of the islands, so for me it was a waste of $ and a little deceptive of them to include a picture of a place in Greece in which they do not travel. They do travel to a lot of iconic places on the mainland (the Parthanon for instance) and could have used pics from any of them, but chose to display a picture from a place they don't review.

I think the idea as that either one (alone) could be classified as a "Travel & Landmark" set. Just because one set has "Travel" in the name doesn't mean that that one is merely "Travel" and the other is merely "Landmark". Heck, the one that says "Travel" on the cover has a giant landmark as the picture.

pretty sad when I slept for over 7 hours after leaving the woot off this morning only to find out I didn't miss a thing......LOL

Actually I party with these in the background. They're impressive looking Planet Earth knock-offs. Much better to drink to than those hokey shock video programs they play on bar TVs.

Last Woot-Off I missed the National Parks video disc set that was sold during the middle of the night so I hope Woot will sell those again soon.

This is probably one of the worst woot offs in a long time.

You need to click the "I want Two" or "I want Three" button. OR, try to send an email to customer service. They can usually add on or cancel your order. (I haven't done this during a Woot-off though, so not sure how it would work).

I've seen some snips of this on cable TV, looks pretty impressive.

Oh, why not? I'll never be able to afford to take the kids anywhere impressive in real life, so we'll get Chinese takeout and pretend we're in Hong Kong. Could be fun, and the price is right. In for one of each.

I almost got it sheerly for having some really cheap eye candy before I noticed it was for only 4. It's for $9 not 8 btw. But I suppose $2 ea for any bluray worth watching is probably a good deal.

I know the company that produced the original shows for public television. I am astonished to see them here for this price, but just as a disclaimer, the company that authored the Blu-Ray versions chose that image of Greece for the cover. I agree that it could be misleading.
