An important component of any good Tsunami Survival Kit. You probably won't make it, but your phone will....

This should work ok. It's a plastic to plastic contact seal, then you roll it up, so it should be ok. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dg-lgCSJtC4 I wont trust it as much as the one I have with clamped seal. But considering my dad has lost 2 phones in the bay, this will make a nice stocking stuffer.

No, they don't. Not really. This thing floats, is actually waterproof and has a neck strap. I got three for about $10 with shipping, and I think it's a good deal.

I agree. I'm in for 3 too! If I could have bought more I would have. Now I'm going to have to choose who the lucky 3 people are who will receive these nifty pouches.

"■Foam insert allows pouch to float on water’s surface"
So it won't float with the air trapped in the bag? Oh, wait ... foam insert probably floats when wet. So you won't lose your device, working or drowned.

Got 3. Ziplocs work, but are too easily pierced.

I wonder if the touch will work through the bag....

thanks for the video... not really what I'm looking for. Seems like it would be great for boaters and hot tub folks.

NOT MOISTURE PROOF, WATERPROOF.

I put my Droid X in here and someone put it in a cooler (COOL...) - the condensation damaged the phone and I had to file a claim.

Sand is like superglue and water is the death of most of my stuff so yeah 3 it is.

If you complain about $5 shipping you should just look at your last 5 lottery tickets that got you no where.

In for 3. My Mom dropped her $300 camera in the river this past summer, so one for her. And one for my Dad, as he lives on the aforementioned river.

Thanks, Woot, for the thoughtful Christmas presents for both my parents!
