I have owned a steamer for years. I use a rubber glove when holding the wand,because the steam is very hot.

I'm in Nebraska. I've found that Woot! shipments don't always update all the way through, though, so I bet yours is probably on the way.

Got mine yesterday in the Chicago area. Looked a bit beaten up.... hopefully its ok!

Received it today. Just a mailing sticker on the product box, so Christmas surprise spoiled. Thanks for thinking about the little things, Woot!

I live in Chicago and still have not received mine. The FedEx tracking shows that the shipping info was received but that is it.

I'm glad you guys wrote about it - I just discovered the clothes hanger hook (Piece 1B) is missing from the contents of my order, also.

I'm in the same boat (i.e, the replacement doesn't have the correct clothes hanger piece). However, upon reviewing the contents, I realized that there *is* a part that might be a clothes hanger, but it isn't the one pictured in the user manual. So I'm wondering if: a) there are some units with hanger pieces intended for another model number, or; b) these might be refurbished units, again with the wrong piece. I've written Woot!, and included photos of the relevant manual pages and the erroneous piece, so hopefully it will be resolved soon.

Yeah I was wondering what this clothes hanger part was too. Not sure if it's just a bad drawing or if there is actually a piece missing.

I did use the steamer once and it works ok. I won't be using it for everything I had thought I would but it's nice to have one. Do wish it had a longer reach though as I could only reach about 3/4 of my hanging curtains.

These were a BIG hit at Christmas..I LOVE giving special gifts like this!
