I bought one last year, and it was amazing! Wish I had popped for 3 and kept for gifts.

I've had my heated blanket for years and I'm in love with it. Keeps me so cozy in the winter and my bill is low. Getting another and one for my sister!! Love IT!!

Quite probably. Seems to be a part of the Human Condition. As for the *very* minor electromagnetic field from a distributed, resistive, 1-amp load? Not to worry. And don't forget, we all live inside a giant magnetic field anyway!

I ordered 3 and I can't believe all of them were the horrible off white color.

Still haven't gotten mine either. It went from Dallas to WI, now supposed to be on it's way to MI.

If you go to your account, your purchase will be listed there with a tracking number. click on the tracking number (it's very tiny font).

Yes, super slow shipping. My blanket spent all day in WI yesterday. Probably spent the whole day drinking 40's at the bus stop again. How do I get that smell out?

Just got mine. Both brown. they came in a Sunbeam box which looks to hold 3 for a full case. Guessing if you ordered 3 they just slapped a label on the case and sent it out so they're probably going to be the same color.

Not nearly as nice as the first one I got last year. Not a fan of funky stitched edges in a different color thread.

No smell on these so lucky there although the one I got last year didn't have a smell. good luck on getting a mix of colors.

Yea I just got home and I got two of the tan/white colored ones too. Sad. All the colors and I get that. Oh well I guess at least it will go with anything. I wish I would have seen the ones from last year (I really liked the blue plaid one). I guess I can always order from Amazon. I agree with the others though, they should have mixed colors. I only ordered two because I figured I'd have a chance of getting a good color that way.

Anyway, I'm not trying to be negative. I can't wait to try it out later at least. I've never had one before.

Finally got my nice blue throw. Of course, now it's in the 70's and I don't need it right away. Sigh. Winter in the south!

Just received mine..I got the brown..it's not bad and no funny smell...taking it to the office tomorrow.YAY cuz the ac in the office is a tad chilly.

just got mine in, the off white isnt that bad looking, really wanted a plaid one though.

My throw did not come with the cord, Do I need to return the throw in order to get the cord, or can the cord be sent to me????

I got my two oatmeal/neutral colored throws today. I tried the first one out tonight but even on high I can barely tell the blanket is on. Is that normal? I had hopes that it would be much warmer than it is. I'll try the second one soon and see if I just got a defective one

I have mine on now, on low and it seems fine.. course not sure what part of the country you are in. I am in the Southeast, and well we aren't exactly getting snow

On a side not, these are bigger and thicker than I was expecting. all in all a happy woot!er.

Chocolate brown throw which works out perfectly for my decor, coils decently sandwiched inside, coordinates with the Siamese mix cat...

I received my blanket yesterday. Color acceptable. I specifically bought this for my 21 year old son (who is still at home) to warm up his memory foam daybed mattress before he goes to bed at night. The main selling point for me was that it had the 3-hour auto-shut-off. When I took it out and found the model number on the control, I found that this was not the case at all. I specifically wanted the model that shuts off because my son is very distracted and absent minded and I can imagine this thing being left on all the time and jacking up my electric bill or malfunctioning and burning down my house. I'm kind of POed. It was not as described when posted.

I had one from last year and the control quit working when I got it out this year. It would get stuck on High and the light kept flashing.

I bought another one just recently and had only used it 2 to 3 times and the control on this one quit working too.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Got ours and it doesn't work Got to figure out now how to get it replaced.

I (FINALLY) got mine yesterday. Very disappointed. Even on high it gets maybe lukewarm at best. Seriously, I think if a dog lays on it or someone's butt sits on it it would get warmer than the heating element makes it. Also the heat is really uneven, some spots get the very mild luke warm and some large portions of it seem to get nothing.

I suppose I got a defective blanket. I'm not sure it's worth the hassle of sending back. *sigh*

Same here, I think it is broken. Do we return to Woot! or Sunbeam? Did your second one work better?

Ditto here. It is basically worthless. Barely generates heat and only a few spots are warm at all... very uneven. Of course I actually got the powder blue color that matches my walls perfectly, so if I exchange it I bet I won't get the same one...

I ordered this under the assumption that it was the same blanket from last year because they were the exact same price and had basically the same description. Unfortunately, that assumption was wrong.

The blanket I received is a much cheaper model than the one sold before. The older one is nice and thick and you cannot see the wires inside. This new model is flimsy and thin and you can see the wires underneath. Worse, you can feel them if you wrap the blanket around you, which was not the case for the older blanket.

Woot has instructed me to contact sunbeam, but I don't really know what they can do, since these seem to be different models.

I'll be much more careful when I buy repeats from woot now on. >:
