Good morning everybody! Goodness today's Woot looks like Hubby would love it for some of his rentals. When he wakes up we'll see.

Good morning all.
Going to walk over to the eye Dr. the in-laws use and make an appointment for me.
She is building an office at the end of my street so it'll be very convienant for me.

I need to make an appointment. My contact script doesn't seem as sharp as it should be--reading on the computer is a challenge now, and everything is blurry. Glasses are still fine, just the contacts seem off. Bleargh. Guess I should sort that out soon, or risk headaches.

Wow...that would make me sad. SO recommended this place, and said that it might be a while, but they have an opening on Thursday. So, no complaints! Will take my glasses and maybe get both redone.

Dang. wish we had theaters that cheap around here. I think my parents MIGHT have seen films that cheap when they were kids, but nothing even close in my lifetime.

Orc does most of the shopping. I miss it, we used to go together, now it's just not practical. Maybe someday. Some of our shopping here have sky lights, that helps. Some of the store also took half the bulbs out a few years ago to save money. It doesn't bother me at all. I like the feel of the store when it's not as bright actually.

I'm personally hoping for LED lights to get more reasonable and see more development.


Sorry I disappeared the other night. My laptop is making the most horrendous sounds, I had to turn it off, I couldn't take it any more.

I think movies are $15 here. Haven't been to one in ages. Cell phones, commercials.....why pay to be annoyed?

People talking through the movie, I can't stand that. If I come see a movie I've never seen before, shut up! We only go occasionally, planning on seeing the Hobbit. It doesn't help that Orc can't understand the dialog at the theater, he needs subtitles and that still isn't available at the theaters around here. For some reason movie studios think that if subtitles are available that means the movie will be pirated, the scripts put online, and that it will somehow mean they make less money.
