sort of. After talking to both of them separately - I realized that neither really wanted niece to move back in. Sis finally fessed up that she would rather her stay with me.

So I decided not to waste my time. We went over there and talked some, and they are going to work separately on talking about anything they need to

but the pressure is off b/c niece is moving in, so sis is being nice and everyone is happy.

I'm just crowded.

And now I have a cat, a dog and a kid who follow me from room to room LOL!!

Edit: overall things are going well. We will finish getting the furniture and things she needs next weekend, as well as cleaning her room at her mom's. It was raining too much this weekend to move big stuff and she worked both days.

everyone on my FB page is posting about how much they loved the half time show.

I thought Madonna looked awkward through most of it.

Joyner - Sorry to hear about the loss. Totally understand the mixed emotions when a loved one with Alzheimer's passes. Had to go through that with my grandmother. Still not sure if it's easier or harder to say goodbye when they've functionally been gone for some time already.

Whew, back home. Service was very nice. I'm back in my jeans and sneakers. Going to decompress a while. Everybody behaved. Hubby didn't slug anybody. Daughter didn't holler at anybody. I didn't collapse in a heap. (Funerals are sometimes very exciting in the South). Both hubby and I are only children now. Cousins are all far away. So no family to fight with!

I can understand the possibility of your collapsing, but please provide details as to why daughter would have yelled at someone or hubby would have slugged somebody.
