My leakfrog worked great last week when the washing machine died. I bet those batteries are 6 or 7 years old.

edit: Bought them in 06.

edit2: Congrats on the new computer KtC!

//sigh
why am I pretending I'm not going to buy more leakfrogs?
I even have a new $5 off coupon for posting in deals.
Should I buy 2, 4 or 6?

I hear ya. We are enjoying the downtime since we were busy Sat and Sun. Still finishing the girls' impromptu bedroom makeover from buying the bunk beds and discovering the dressers wouldn't fit. I think I'm actually going to end up with more storage space in there than we had before though, so go me!

Not sure if the new computer will cause me to be here more, not even sure where it's getting set up or what it will be named yet. It comes with wall mounting brackets so that's a thought, not set on it yet though.

I'm pretty sure the one by the water heater needs a new battery. I should buy some for a friend, they had their water heater go bad and she discovered it by going to fetch laundry only to land in 4" of standing water.

I'm sure I have unopened ones.
I have one by the water heater, that actually told us when the old one started leaking.
I have one somewhere in the bathroom. If the toilet makes weird noises, I put it under it.

Put one under my mom's hot water heater. I now know there is a seepage problem in the corner of her basement. Looks like it has been a problem since the house was built. Neighbor says everyone has a problem. Must be a water table thing.
But that would just make her worry about it more, so don't need that.

Lets see, washer, 5 sinks, 2 toilets, no room near the dishwasher.
Hummm, I could use more.
Maybe.

Isn't the dishwasher hooked up under your kitchen sink? That should do it.

I have them under three sinks and two stationary tubs. And the washers only a few feet from one of the stationary tubs, so....

The republican's can't find a candidate to run against a president nobody is enthusiastic about.

How sad is that?

Pretty dismal. But then again, why haven't they done something constructive in the last three years? Lousey job, president. I wouldn't want it.

Yeah, the smart ones that could probably do something constructive are smart enough not to have anything to do with it.

Called the service number in my manual for Kitchen Aid. Guy told me to turn off the circuit breaker for one minute. That didn't work, so they've set up a service call. I'm going to call around tomorrow. The one that's set up is $129 to come here and make a diagnosis. Maybe I'm out of touch but that seems a tad high.

Anyone who actually wants to be president pretty much guarantees they are not qualified to do it by their very desire to have the job.
