We are all tired, M-I-L got a night off last night, I did night duty. F-I-L is in good spirits again so I'm hoping for a more productive week in physiotherapy. I'm going up in a couple of hours to relieve Mrs. Ice until M-I-L comes up tonight.

Good afternoon, almost evening everyone. Cleaned out a lot of files today. Amazing what accumulates in even two years which is lengh of time between now and prior purge.

RICE - rest, ice ??? elevate. That's sort of what I remember. Can't think of what the C stands for....anyone?
