yup - exactly. She is just getting her license. Very new driver. While she is a cautious driver, I'd rather not have her head exposed until she is more comfortable and has more experience.

She is pretty level headed. However, not all of her friends are. peer pressure is a Katie Kaboom at that age.

How do I find out what version of Windows I have and whether it's a 32 bit or a 64 bit?

Damn HP is telling me something like my printer can be taken over by zombies if I don't download a firmware update to allow disabling RFU and then another update for code signing. What's an RFU? I just know this is going to have a really bad ending.

i don't have win7 in front of me, but on xp you can go to control panel (in classic view), system, look under "general". win 7 may have something similar.

Color me surprised.

Evening all. Long Tuesday. State 4H agency want to do a robotics thing for National Robotics Week. Orc and I said we could help, found out that you can do stuff through the school too, not just 4H.

Went to bed with a migraine last night, marginally feeling better today.

Especially since he's a LEADING actor but Tonto is a secondary role in the stories.

From what I've read, though, Tonto's kind of the main character. It starts with him talking about how they met up and got to know one another and what they did.

Rain/freezing rain/sleet/snow mix, 1-2 inches accumulating at home, 1-3 here at work (slightly higher elevation).

Looks like the drive home will be fun.

Good lord , you are as bad as no1 with this remembering stuff.

Amy was who Portman was nasty to.
Amy was 10. Natalie was 12.

But in the end Natalie was right. She is famous. Even now.

whole story:
Portman went to a dance school in our school's community center.
Matter of fact, she went back there to get ready for the Black Swan.

She was in some movie and became known at the age of 12.
Amy was 10 and Natalie was 12 when this happened:

Amy was daughters friend. (at the time, not now)
Amy's older sister was in Natalie's class.
It was dance recital day.
Amy's class was ready to go on stage.

Natalie saw her and said, in a really snooty voice....
"Little Amy is having her dance recital?
She wants to be famous?
Like Me?
I don't think so!"

After that we weren't suppose to watch any Natalie Portman stuff. Because she was mean to Amy.

So we didn't go to any movies, but we did see her live on Broadway, in Anne Frank, which was amazing.

Thw weathr is going to suck today. I should be walking Rusty now, before it happens.
But I might have a cold.
I have something, try to figure it out so I can take something.

Excerdrin? Always wakes me up.

Advil cold and sinus? This might be a sinus thing.

The arthritis pill the arthritis doctor gave me? It worked great earlier this week. First time I tried it. But from what I read, it is something that shouldn't be taken too often. Potential side effects are worse than the cure. WtheF? Anything that works on the arthritis is like that. The steroids were great! Until they cause something even worse.

If I pick the wrong drug, I'm stuck for a few hours until it wears off.

So the question is:
Is this a head cold?
or
Is it the arthritis in my neck?
