The change would be to have the router connect to the Wi-fi network instead of providing it.
One of the many useful(?) things you can do with dd-wrt.

That's a bummer. I have noting but good luck with my Samsung TVs, washer/dryer, laptops and miss my Galaxy S smartphone terribly.
I buy Samsung because the Koreans are the only ones who hate the Chinese enough to build things other places that are slightly more expensive. Samsung and LG factories are mostly in Mexico. Not exactly buying local but I like knowing my stuff probably wasn't made by political prisoners. :-p

I would never do Walmart ship-to-store.
Nothing is worth sitting in an uncomfortable cramped room at the back of a Walmart store waiting 2 hours with no one in line ahead of you for them to find your stuff in the back when the product is right there on the shelf.
I've done ship-to-store several times but never again- ALWAYS had a bad experience- and because they already have your money you can't just walk out. Everyone I know personally has had bad experience with Walmart ship-to-store.
Not a fan of Walmart in general (much prefer Target- or even K-mart)- but I absolutely can't stand doing anything ship-to-store; they are too disorganised.

Probably should look elsewhere unless you have an ethernet cable running to you home theater setup.
Who Doesn't have ethernet to their home theater!

Yup-- I picked up a WRT-54G at a garage sale for $5; I use it all the time, Since most people have 10MBit internet or less, a 11/54MBit wifi link is NOT the slowest part of their network; It's usually their crappy Windows PC.
I still use an old-school XBox with XBMC, connected to the LAN at my Home Theater; streaming media off my PC upstairs; Newsgroups /Usenet is still alive after all these years, and an excellent source for media.

I bought a previous model from Amazon a year or so ago. Works as designed. No problems. Never bought the wifi widget, always use wired for streaming. Solid budget blu-ray player.
