If I had one of these I could capture the look of disappointment on my face.

I have a Kodak ZI8 and it works great, but the .MOV format and the crappy software leaves much to be desired. If anyone owns this, how do you like it, not only for quality, but also for working with the movies it produces on your computer?

My brother has one - says it's easy to operate and relatively sturdy (the neices and nephews use it a lot). Not sure about how the files are to work with.

Thanks god the Big O'l Crybabies are done. Now we can get back to the off of Woot!ng. Anybody else realize that when phones starting replacing these crapcorders, they added touchscreens to try and justify taking the price back up? Maybe this is why Kodak filed for bankruptcy protection.

Kept getting a 503 message for Barrels of Crud Just checked my bank account and somehow it went through. I guess staying up 60 hours paid off. Until i get a rubber band and a straightened paperclip in the mail..... still worth it.

I really need a new camcorder. I have one that's outdated, and currently just use my camera when I need video footage. But keeping a bulky camera on hand for those true video-worthy moments isn't ideal. The more I read up on all this stuff though, the more my head spins, and the less confident I feel about buying "the right one".

wow, the giant brick of features doesnt have anything about the max capacity SD cards it can have? not that it's a big deal, im still not buying one, but that would have been a good detail.

It says SD slot in the specs.
