My proform showed up Damaged. The left back support (that holds the treadmill up) is plastic and was broken upon arrival.

Just e-mailed them to see if I too can get a iFit dongle. I now can assemble these treadmills in less than 10 minutes blindfolded. The first one took a case of beer and 4 hours.

I hope you have better success. Our console isn't getting any power so they said they would send us a new one on March 1st but it wasn't in stock. So each time I call they say they are "building it now" so I'm now beyond angry that I have had this thing sitting in my basement for a month and still haven't been able to use it. I asked them about returning it and getting a refund but they said they can't do that I have to contact woot. So, now off to my email to see what is going to be able to happen. I hope you have better luck! Will no buy anything from them again, and this being my frist woot experience not sure I will use this site anymore either.

I just finaly got mine out of the box to assemble and it has NO HARDWARE at all in the box. I can't even put mine together.

Oh no! Have you tried contacting ProForm (888-533-1333) to get the missing hardware? They should be able to help you out, but feel free to send us a note at service@woot.com if you need help.

Yes, I have called them and they said they would send the parts. However, they are actually out of stock and don't have them.

Oh My Fruitful Garden! I got my treadmill on March 1, 2012 and am still waiting for the parts! I have been given the run around by 3 different people already...promissing to ship parts out the next day! I called again this morning and had it out with the unlucky person that answered the phone. I demanded an answer by 5pm....she called back just now and it seems the parts will be shipped from Utah to me tomorrow (with upgraded shipping..we'll see about that). I told them that my warranty better not go into effect until the unit is up and working, I suggest those of you with the same issue do the same. Well, May 9th is when the entire hardware package should arrive...I told them it better be! What a headache!!
