Nope... Doesn't look like it. I know that the Lycosa does though. Typing on one right now, had it for a year, and it's still working great.

Edit: This being the Lycosa minus the backlighting, it's probably a decent keyboard at a decent price.

Excellent/thorough review here: http://benchmarkreviews.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=346&Itemid=65

Seems like the biggest beef was with the black-on-black color - not valid for this silver-on-black version!

If I didn't use a LT exclusively now, I'd buy this just for its macro record/playback utility -- enterprising wooters should be able to figure out what that would be good for!

But the 1000Hz response time will ensure your single keystroke is received significantly faster, increasing your productivity by 300%!

Just remember it's not backlit, there is a version of this keyboard with backlit keys which is useful for gaming/computing in the dark.

They usually have a slightly different tactile response than a normal keyboard, which in my view feels better. Anything under $200 is still rubber dome or scissor, but they try to make the gaming keyboards a bit better.

Antighosting means you can hold down multiple keys simultaneously without them being confused, although this doesn't matter too much without custom USB drivers since the default HID allows only 6 keys held at any one time. This is useful while gaming, because you can undertake multiple commands at the same time.

They might have macro commands, which are very useful, because with a single press a pre-recorded sequence of strokes can be sent.

And sometimes they look cooler than standard keyboards. I suspect this is the primary motivating factor in purchase.

Terrible that I just got a MS curve keyboard last week. My wife would kill me if I bought another keyboard.

I have this exact keyboard - its great for gaming, very responsive. In for another - I have eaten too many hotpockets in proximity to the old one and now its function is jeopordized by piles of crumbs lodge between the cracks

You'd better dispose of the packaging when it comes in--you wouldn't want to have that upside the head!

(That is, assuming you're buying one of these.)

There's only one thing anybody does on the computer in the dark...and a backlit keyboard is necessary for those sudden alt-tab's, be it parent or spouse

Man, I miss the old Mighty Archaic Computer keyboards. While wireless Bluetooth is teh hotness, I liked having aux USB ports and real keys. There are many times when making something smaller is beneficial. Keyboards should not be one of them.

Unfortunately, the old Mighty Archaic Computer keyboards had a tendency to get rather dirty...

This.

Maybe that special sterile anti-static goo stuff can get crumbs out (or compressed air + a toothpick), but at prices like this...

alt-tab is quicker to get to, and don't get on about the sound. The only volume level appropriate at that time is mute.

Did anyone else get the black on black keyboard? I already have that one and don't particularly like it, and they sent me another one. The description (I can just look up at Re: Razer Arctosa Gaming Keyboard – Silver) to see that it's supposed to be the silver one.. even the picture has the silver keys

When I emailed them (with screenshots) they said my screen shots were of a third party website? It seemed like a really really poor throw away excuse.

It really kind of made me mad that they would say something like that when the screen shots are clearly of their website.

Alright, after doing some research I found out what's happening here. First, sorry he told you that the screenshots are from a third party website, I can see that you did this from your phone from our website.

It looks like you actually purchased this keyboard on the 21st. Check your receipt to confirm and let us know if you need more clarification.
