He was joking, and just trying to move Woot on to the next item. . Should work fine under Linux (with just one!). I am buying for Linux, too. Have a laptop that only goes up to 802.11g, and from time to time I need to to larger transfers to and from it. Plus, sometimes it's nice at a client's or friend's to quickly get a new desktop or workstation setup in a place not yet wired, and this should be useful for that, too
