I had tried to order this on 3/4/12. I was informed that my credit card hadn't gone thru. Imagine my surprise when I looked over my bank account and saw that I had supposedly order two. Never got a confirmation email or I would have cleaned it up then I am awaiting reply from customer service PLEASE
