esp people who abuse animals

or who are just plain stupid about their animals

and I hate people who use people

only thing worse then the user is the sap who let themselves gets used

in this case, me.

been researching how to get someone out of your house....not a tenant, no lease. Best answer I have found so far is that the person is a guest and can be asked to leave w/o any type of eviction notice since there is no lease, written, spoken, or implied.

but maybe I over-reacted when I threw everything of his that was in the garage out into my driveway. Don't wanna get into any trouble about property destruction, etc.

(I was angry. really angry. really really angry. ok, I was effin pissed off!)

and besides, it'll look mighty redneckish come daylight with all those tools and stuff all over.

no, it's really just stupid. Sitting here totaling up what he has cost me and I really just wanna kick myself. He was doing all the work in the basement after the water damage so it was kinda making up for a little bit, but guess I will hafta either finish the sheet rock myself or get someone else to do it. and yes, I went out and picked up the results of my temper tantrum so the neighbors don't gotta think they've been transported to white-trash-land. I will say, tho, that the cabinet that he was working on that came down on my toe and probably broke it is what really kinda put me over the edge and threw me into pitch-and-bitch mode. as for the cabinet, well....don't think he's gonna be able to fix it. POS waferboard anyway. kinda crumpled when it hit my foot.....and kinda disintegrated when it hit the driveway. oops.

claims he let someone use it, which I expressly told him not to do. what part of 'my brand new chainsaw is NOT to leave my property' is unclear?

Good morning everybody! I know it is early but Hubby and I are ready to get on the road back to the beach. Hope you are all having a wonderful Easter weekend. Some poor guy wrecked a truck full of sulfuric acid on the Green River Bridge on I26 so we are looking at a long detour. There isn't another really good way to get out of our mountains. I remember this road from my childhood trips from SC to Asheville. It is curvy! See you on the other side.

Afternoon all. Went to the store this morning to get all the stuff I've forgotten to get during the week and still forgot the wide aluminum foil for the ham. Since I don't have any Easter decorations, I got three pastel plastic tablecloths and three pots of mixed flowers for centerpieces. That'll have to do.

Grandson's here doing the floors and baseboards. He's good. On his hands and knees to get into the corners. Can't do that anymore.
