The item description says you get 3 "craps" and 1 bag. So, if you do not get 3 items and a least 1 bag, you can ask Woot for a replacement crap.

Only way you typically get replacement crap is if your box gets lost or you don't receive at least 3 craps and one bag in your box.

So, here's my advice. (Since it is free, it might not be worth much.)

The packers sometimes fail to put things in. In other cases FedEx lets stuff drop out. In either case, if you feel that you might have been shorted, e-mail sevice@woot.com. Describe what you got. Explain why you don't think that is correct, but leave open the possibility you might be wrong. Remember the support person didn't pack your box, and they have no idea what you got, so cut them some slack.

They could come back and say you got everything, they could overnight you a brown paper bag with a ?, or you could get a duffel bag filled with stuff.

The key is to be calm and be brief. They have a lot of things going on, so making their job as easy as possible is important. Keep your email short. If they have to read through 3 pages to figure out you haven't gotten everything, they're likely to put 3 screws in a sandwich bag and send it to you via USPS.

So about replacement craps.... Has anyone ever gotten anything GOOD from a replacement crap? I just imagine you call and complain and the guy goes over to the used chapstick basket and tosses one in a box and sends it your way.

On that note, I wanna see the algorithm they use that spits out what goes in each Bunnies Ogling Carrots Or does someone just walk down the isle with a box and knock a few things in the box. there has to be some weird, convoluted system.

If recent history is any guide, it'll actually arrive the day before. (Fedex seems to overestimate the local USPS handling time).

I had one Bag that was dumped in with a new heavy-duty Cybex stroller and another dumped in with a returned Netboxx (the internet VuNow module in it quit working within a week, BTW, which was probably why it was initially returned).
