Firefly
I'm going to have to say Buck Rogers. I loved that show!
Add me to the Firefly band wagon...
Warehouse 13!
Toss up between Star Trek: NG, and Star Gate
The ORIGINAL Battlestar Galactica or maybe Space 1999
Why wasnt EUREKA an option???
Quantum Leap! Hoo boy...
FIREFLY..the absolute BEST sci-fi show EVER hands down. Second...any of the Star Treks...EXCEPT the last 2 seasons of DS 9..it got really stupid.

Amen!
lost in space--for us old folks
Babylon 5!
Stargate SG-1
IMO-Babylon 5 was the best. Ground breaking SFX and flawed characters! Still holds that special shiny place in my heart.
Star Wars IV - A New Hope
Three classic Sci-Fi TV show's come to mind as being the best: One Step Beyond from 1959 to 1961, The Twilight Zone from 1959 to 1964 and The Outer Limits from 1963 to 1965.
Fire Fly or Battle Star Glactica Macross is also pretty good.
laurahermsen wrote:Firefly! Long live Nathan Fillion!
ABSOLUTELY! All strong characters, excellent sets, fun plots, great mix of personalities. Damn them for cancelling it!
Firefly!!!!!!
Eureka...on Syfy
Where is 'Red Dwarf'??? I actually voted for 'Max Headroom'. Loved that show. Oh & what about 'Mystery Science Theater 3000'???
Battlestar Galactica, the new version, best ever!
Psych is easily the best.
Firefly, but BSG is very close second.
SG-1
The Battlestar Galactica re-make is head and shoulders over any other TV Sci-Fi series
#9
FIREFLY! Come on woot...
I'll just pile on here and say... FIREFLY. Oh, and woot... not listing Firefly as an option... "Curse your sudden but inevitable betrayal!"
LOST IN SPACE Ahh...Judy. (Marta Kristen)
Battlestar Galactica! and Doctor Who with a close second
Babylon 5
Blake's 7. Okay -- maybe not the best, but ahead of its time.
Eureka with Warehouse 13 coming in a close 2nd

AMEN!

Totally agree. Twilight Zone.
Gotta be Firefly, with one of the Star Trek's a close second.
Lost isn't really science fiction, it's fantasy. Glad to see somone mention Quark, which was similar to Spaceballs, only funny. Best anthology series EVER: Twilight Zone, hands down. Most groundbreaking SF: Star Trek, TOS. Best show that never got a real chance: Masters of Science Fiction. (Currently running on TSC as Stephen Hawking's Masters of Science Fiction. Wishing they will start developing new episodes.)
