Is this the right place to post complaints about Woot! products? I bought this crappy Rockford Fosgate system to install in my car, and now it won't even start! When I turn the key I just hear music..

You guys should be ashamed of yourselves for selling this. I've taken a picture of my car so you can see that I installed it correctly:
