I bought these when they were on here before, and they were quite the hit with my kids and all the other kiddos we shared them with. Great to take to amusement parks, 4th of July, etc. The necklaces that hold them have a nice little plastic clasp on them, better than the dollar tree ones we've purchased in the past.

These are great to give out on Halloween.

Got these before from a previous woot. I wasn't really impressed to be honest, the glow was kind of dim, and they're kind of small too...
