I TOLD you all that it was coming in the last item forum...I said I smelt it. Just like how I predicted this wootoff 30 minutes before it started in the forum for the item that day!

Funny trick showing it as sold out. Denied at processing. Another 500 sold, so presumably there will be more chances.

I rocked it with the Command R :-) But yes, I was dismayed at first - might've shed a tear or two...but perseverance won out in the end, and I scored Bunch of Carrots number 3!

Me too! Now that my life is complete, I can go do something productive.

While it was processing my order, the Bag sold out. My order came back rejected after processing because it sold out. Hopefully there will be another Bag before the day is over and I can try again.

I'm pissed. There's nothing wrong with my Paypal account. The backing CC is still valid, the payment authorization is still valid. Woot just isn't able to handle PP accounts during a Bee Oh See, I suppose. Just stupid - why even offer the option if it's not going to work?

Yay! Got my first ever Bilious Old Curmudgeon, and easily too. I was refreshing, waiting for the vacuum to sell out, and when the Bunnies Ogling Carrots came up "sold out", I assumed that I missed it somehow. I actually did wonder if it could somehow come up as sold out before it was actually gone, because it was gone so quickly. Kept refreshing, mainly to see what was next, and just in case, and suddenly it wasn't sold out and I got one, without the old server errors, etc.

If this is the new "system", I can't complain. :-)

I had a similar experience and was able to get a bag this time too. I find it all very confusing but in a happy, baggish sort of way.

You will probably have more chances. There were an additional 500 bags sold this go around, for a total of 1001 sold. They usually have about 2500 bags, so I expect there will be three more offerings.

As soon as the page opened (after I clicked the link from the mywoot.net pop-up window), it was showing Sold Out, so I went to the Community page to see how many more had sold and it was still showing 501.

Hmmm... that's not right.

So I kept hitting F5 on the Sold Out page and after a dozen or so times, I got the I Want One button, which lead to my latest Barrel of Creosote.

I don't know if this was a server error or a planned thing to filter out those who jumped too quickly and gave up. Either way, I'm liking the way that woot! has been distributing Bunnies Ogling Carrots the last two months (easy for me to say, since I've been successful both months, but even if I hadn't been, I think I'd like the new ways.)
