They normally come by Fedex Smartpost, which means that FedEX will deliver it to your local USPS for the final drop off. A lot of the time you will be able to track the package on both websites once it hits your local branch.

SmartPost. FedEx ships it out to your local USPS guys, then they handle the actual work of giving it to you, the customer.

Bundles of Clones reached my local USPS office this morning. Tried the tracking number on usps.com and it says Out for Delivery! I wasn't expecting it until Tuesday! Looks like standard crap for rickystyx.

Newbie 1 pounder. I'll give you $4 for your crap.

My 2 packages show out for delivery. However, USPS routed one to the wrong city, close but not quite. Anyway it is marked as missent so should be here in a couple of days. The other is in the correct city and out for deliver, not sure if it will make it today. My wife said the mail has already come. Maybe too big for the regular mail truck and it is going to be a special delivery. LOL...I can only hope.

You have now experienced SmartPost, the crappiest method of shipping there is, suitably used for the Bags of Crap.

Fedex takes the shipment from the point of origin to regional distribution centers, which then take it to USPS regional centers, and the USPS then deliver it to your door. By using USPS as the point of delivery carrier, its cheaper than having a Fedex truck drive to each address.
