My crap arrived 3 full days before expected. Surprise Crap!

I did get two packages.

First package (1 lb) not pictured is the Tron fathead.

Second Package (14.8 lbs) contents were:
1x Cow with two bears
1x Women's XL Shirt
1x Flu & Germ Protection supplies
2x Tabletop tripod
1x 4 piece screwdriver set
2x pink headbands
1x reusable wine tote
1x gym bag

Oh yeah, there was one more thing in there that accounted for the other 10 lbs

1x Wolfgang Puck 12 Cup programmable coffeemaker with charcoal filter.

Those eyes...they stare right through a guy.

I'm so happy with my haul! Thanks woot!

EDIT:
Just realized there was a letter with the coffeemaker.

It reads:

Hi there! Didn't expect to see us here, did you? Well, this piece of paper represents the spirit of Woot.com, and you can rest assured that our spirit is all up in your coffee maker today. In fact, our spirit even figured out a way to get out of your coffee maker! That's why you're seeing this note. Because our spirit figured out there's an issue with the cover. Yeah, we know. It was surprising to us, too.

But the nice people at Team Wolfgang Puck know that a coffee maker is supposed to be as leak-proof as possible, be it keeping in out corporate spirit or your delicious home-made coffee. That's why you'll note there's a second coffee pot lid cover thing included in your packaging. Unfortunately, because we're not actually there (except in spirit!) we can't just point and say "That's the one that works." It'll be up to you, loyal customer, to figure out which lid is leaky and which lid is secure. Think of it as an exciting game of chance.

From all of us here at Woot and Wolfgang Puck, we're sorry for the hassle, but we're happy that, eventually, you'll be drinking leak-free coffee. And then why not invite us over? We're free on Friday. Are you doing anything on Friday?

Yours in spirit,
Woot.com

A funny read, I'm free on Fridays woot!

I got my first Brick of Carbonite today and was very excited.

I was one of the few that got multiple tracking numbers, and my second package had placeholder weights and turned out to be a tron fathead, I will pass that onto my brother who likes tron.

My actual box weighted 4.5lbs with the dimensions of 12.2 in. x 9.6 in. x 9.5 in.

Contained the following:

  • (1) black nylon duffel bag
  • (1) Microsoft Wireless Mobile Mouse 4000 (which I had to laugh at cause I kept saying I wanted a gaming mouse and ColonelCrap sends me this!)
  • (1) Terrific Turkey probe
  • (1) Skil Mini T-Handle Set (28 piece)
  • (1) LED Lenser Flashlight box (sans flashlight)
  • (1) Energizer LED Industrial Rubber Flashlight
  • (3) Tabletop Tripods (which I was actually hoping to get!)
  • (1) Flu and Germ Protection Supplies from RightResponse
  • (1) Natural Body Soap, Sweet Honey (for the next woot-off so I remember to shower? ~ haha....)

And for the best parts!

  • A Woot! First !!1! Anniversary Shirt XL (my size!)
  • Sandisk Sansa Clip Plus Black 4GB MP3 player

*Fathead not picture.
**Also wish I had a camera that was better than my webcam or cell phone...

Overall for my first Bundles of Clones ever, I am pretty amazed and I have already said this in this thread before but Woot! has earned themselves a loyal customer!

Yes and No...

Sometimes yes, there was the guy who asked for a bunch of toys for his children and received quite the Bundles of Clones

Sometimes no.

Sometimes he gives you kind of what you asked for.

I didn't directly ask the Colonel for a mouse, but it was my purpose for paying attention to the last woot-off, and stated it a few times. Low and behold, the Colonel rations me a mouse.

Good times were had when I saw it.

sellbuyer92 wrote:How does one judge the crappiness of their bag? Is it the minimum of 3 craps and a bag? Or is it the items and their conditions? Or is crappy actually good?

If it's crap I want or can use, it's good crap. If I don't want it or can't use it, it's crap crap. All the bags are worth more than the $8 you spent on it. But if it's, say, $40 worth of crap I don't want, it isn't worth anything to me, even though it may be worth something to somebody. I haven't gotten too many of these, but I've always found people who want the items I don't want. To me, the value is the challenge/glory of "winning" one (if you can consider actually paying for crap to be a "win").

Arriving a day early for both of us, my wife and I received our Baskets of Cats today. Both weighed in at the expected 3 lbs or so, and lived in 12 x 9 x 9 boxes, though mine was plain while hers said Woot! on the outside.

My Craptastic Collection:

2 Green bags of Woot-Gas
2 Blue Nylon Mini-Duffels
1 Sanyo Mini Camera Bag
2 SnapStraw Can Cover and Sippy Straw Sets
1 Right Response Flu & Germ Protection Kit (hidden in picture)
1 Logitech Playgear Pocket Skin Kit
1 Size WXL White Woot-Shirt with Pink and Gray Pictures on it
1 Cow Parade "Super Cow"

Looks like I got three bags and five craps. More than sufficient, especially since I managed to use a $5 coupon on this one, so shipping was effectively free.
We'll find a use for some of it, the rest will go to charity or the thrift store.
As usual, Luna is hovering over my Crap. She loves when the Bags arrive, so she can perfect her levitation skills.

HelenHalla's Basket of Cats included:

7 Sacks of Woot-Gas
1 Green Recycle Bag with Purple Flowers
1 Unprinted Size L Bright Orange T-Shirt
1 Cyberacoustics Leather Kindle Cover
1 nFUZE Mini Compact Speaker System
20 (yes 20) Cupcake Lip Balms

As above, some will be used, some to charity.
Luna also enjoyed this bag, and is doing handstands around it.

We enjoyed the game. Thanks, Woot!

How early compared to the estimated delivery date are people getting their Brick of Carbonite?

Mine just got postponed a day and it's when I'm moving out now, and I'd prefer not to center my moving around waiting for it.

I definitely don't understand why it took 3.5 days to get from Dallas to Phoenix, and it still needs to travel more...

Smartpost is cheap, but slow. When FedEx hands your package over to the local post office they estimate 2 days to deliver it, however on some occasions it may be delivered the same day it gets handed off.

My Bundles of Clones (s) statuses have been at departed Fed Ex Dallas for the last 3 days now so I'm not sure what's going on. I'm excited either way and really hoping I get one of those table top tripod thingys as it would make it easier to photograph my jewelry and it would be crap I can use. The fathead that is in the second package however ... most likely going to my 10 year old nephew.
