Wowzers! Dejavu! too bad Bags of Crud aren't wooted as much as these are!

How many of these things does woot have??? Why won't they learn most of us don't want these or have already bought 1.

I have had both of these. The one on the left is so much better than the older one on the right. Faster response time, remote works a hell of a lot better. Get the one on the left if you are considering this.

They normally sell for $59.99, so you're only getting $10 off. But then you're not getting free shipping, so it's actually only saving you $5.

I spend more buying bags of crap....or at least I wish I did.

I think I'll stick with my WD player. Higher res and reads off USB devices in addition to streaming.

Note that neither of these have n wireless, as they are older models. Still a good price through. I have one in the office wired directly to my router.

I was pulling the trigger; then I noticed there was only the 2000C left.

Can anyone tell me the working differences? From past owners?

Don't forget you have to give Roku your credit card number before you can even try it. Of course Roku says this is for your own convenience.

Does anyone know if there is an advantage to the 2000C over the 100N? Based on the chart, all the advantages go to the latter.

2000C or N1000/N1100 ?

The 2000C is the newer model, but it has fewer output options - just HDMI and Composite. The N1000/1100 is last year's model, and has all the output options. I have the N1000/1100, and use the Component output on an older TV that only has two HDMI ports.

They say the newer models work a bit better, but I don't have any basis for comparison.

I love my Roku, bought a second. Wish I had paid this price for it! Stream Amazon Prime video; watched MI3 Ghost Protocol last night. Also plays Pandora. Get one!

Once a month, these occur and it is their way of cleaning the warehouse for more stuff.

When an item sells out, the next is brought up. Sometimes 1-3 items are sold, sometimes 50, sometimes 100 or more.

I have the Roku 2 XS and love it. Cancelled my cable almost a year ago and haven't regretted it one minute. Well, maybe one or two minutes when I had to reboot the thing... but they've updated the software since.

I don't know if I'd settle for this version though... 720p? Not Wireless N. This dead horse is a zombie, so I'd beat it without hesitation, but honestly, if you've got a 720p tv and a router or cable right there... it's not that bad a deal- saving $5 is saving $5. Roku is pretty good about updating their software and supporting older models from what I can tell.

Hmmm. It doesn't have the bonus cooling fan drone that comes with the XBox. Well, my XBox, anyway.

That is an excellent little table, Woot! should include it in later product descriptions... cause at first glance they all look the same!

I got the N1100 a few weeks ago. Same price. It's hooked up to an old tv, not HD, and it works fine. I picked that one because it's hooked up to a tv that only has composite and coax. Works fine. I tried it out with the free channels and recently got Netflix, ditching my cable. Didn't watch enough TV to warrant that bill anyway.

The newest version on Roku's site is also 49.99 but if memory serves, it's hdmi only. If you have an older TV, get one of these.
