Something to be aware of if you need to visit rural areas: you have to type in a city to be able to enter an address on a TomTom. So if you know the street name, but the address lies in unincorporated land, you are out of luck.
Otherwise this is a decent unit; the lane assist is an amazing feature for me.

If our shipment was missing pieces, should I contact Woot or TomTom? I assume TomTom, but I wanted to see if anyone has had to do this before. I've bought lots of stuff from Woot, but I've never had a problem until now.
