I have a Razor Lycosa, myself. It's cool, except the shade of blue of the LED lighting can really confuse your eyes if you're in near-pitch-darkness. Not sure about that keyboard.
There are arrow keys, except they are with the number pad. Same is true for the six keys that nobody really uses anymore (Insert, Delete, Home, End, Page Up, and Page Down).
