I have a chi-weenie (aka mexican hotdog aka german taco) and he has a coat like this except larger than whats on home.woot. He has the same issue with the hood falling over - of course when the wind is whipping around he doesnt seem to mind so much. Then we get back in the house and he looks at me as if to say "when are we moving back to Texas!?"
