Is it just me, or did some of the write-ups get better? Maybe next time, the products will get better.

Woot has me conditioned to twitch every time something with a screen shows up. I'd almost rather have the Lenovo of my dreams than the bumblebee on cornbread. Both would be good, though.

First TV. Now do a 120Hz, bigger than 36" one and let me be the first sucker to buy it.

What's that box next to the TV labeled "VIZIO"? Is that for the volume control capabilities mentioned?

Great Deal! (even though Best Buy has a new Insignia 19" LED HDTV for $130 regular price. It will be on sale for $120 next Sunday).

WHY would I want a 19" television? I use dual 22" monitors at work and have used a 24" monitor on my home computer for years. Why in the world would I want a dinky little tv?

Dynamic contrast ratio, small, refurbished, 90 day warranty, iffy brand...

Decent port selection I guess, but I don't see how this is worth it.

More than 3x the contrast ratio and brand new for less.

That's the wall plug/wall wart. To make the TV slimmer, the transformer is moved to the plug.

I would get this to replace the 14" CRT TV in my bedroom, but then I'd lose the integrated VCR.

A 19" LED would be perfect for the kitchen. Wall mounts are inexpensive, so you would save even more counter space. Definitely worth considering!

I have a 55" Vizio in my kitchen...this would be good for the bathroom.

Okay, so I'm looking for a little help here on a unique problem with my own television. So my own television has started to do this super high pitched buzz. It's an old CRV t.v. and it's actually quite large, but the previous owner wanted a flat scree so we got this nice, big old t.v. that has great definition, but suddenly, thanks to this high pitched whine, I can't use. It just hurts my ears too much.

My wife can't hear the buzzing. I'm pretty sure what I'm hearing is the 'misquito buzz.'

Anyway, for those who are owners of flat screen t.v.s, do they have that high pitched buzz/whine? Or is this a problem unique to the old CRV models?

For TV.

Perfect as a laundry room or kitchen TV. You know, for those of us that spend time in those rooms.
