GAH. I want it, but it's reviews are so bad they're trying to invent the negative star rating.

So, is this some sort of anachronistic Sylvia Plath thing?

Debating one of these. Here's the product site:

Remember when 64GB would have cost hundreds of dollars? Aww, the good ol' days...

So this isn't covered by Prime free shipping?

Not that it matters, I don't have anything that can use a card this big anyway.

Bought one of these during the last woot off and I haven't had any problems with it what so ever.

I'm sure you can find better quality but if you're looking for just something to hold thousands of photos you won't be disappointed.

Precisely. This is half the capacity of my Zenbook's ssd so it would be a great back-up/supplement solution. The past reviews are damning, though.

Grammar Teacher says: "There's no need for an apostrophe in the word ITS as IT'S being used in your sentence. Using the apostrophe does not signify ownership, it signifies that the word is a contraction of IT IS.

You're welcome.

I don't know about rasberry pi - but I do know that they required my running them thru a separate program to reformat them to FAT32 before I could use the things. Happily though, I've been using them for about 2 months now on a daily basis and they haven't failed me yet.......fingers crossed.......

IF it's SOLD by Amazon it is. This is on Amazon's site but sold by and shipped by Circuit City.

Amazon doesn't require Prime Shipping to be free if it's >$25 and sold by Amazon.

There is only ONE review on Amazon for it and it looks like it's device specific.

My concern is the black and white label on it. Makes it look like a cheap pirated version.

I never heard of "XC" format.

Is this suppose to be faster than "HC"?

What does "XC" even stand for?

What devices can it be used in?

I remember when 64GB of disk space would take up two+ full size racks and cost about $1.3 million.

64GB of memory would have been unheard of and system memory (for midrange servers) cost about $1,000/MB.

Great choice my friend, that's fine with me. I enjoy a good sterile bubbly drink every now and then. Keeps the liver flowing you know! I ordered a appetizer in the mean time. Hope you like feces, They call it a "Barrel of Crops" here, but it's gotten great reviews on the taste of it.

This card is only for people who are fascinated with "copy to folder" and percentage bars animations.

And "I" remember when supercomputers had 256k words (8 bytes/word) of central memory and cost millions of dollars. Don't remember how large the disk drives were (would have to go back to some of my OLD manuals), but they filled entire rooms.
