Well, how do you fare compared to the Zeitgeist? Chat up your fellow wooters and let us know how lame this poll was or what obvious choices we missed. For example: Was this poll a) STUPID, b) DUMB, c) POINTLESS or d) ALL OF THE ABOVE?

I put I don't believe in spring because I'm from Kansas...it might be here, but tomorrow it will be winter and/or summer...and possibly even autumn while still being or not being spring.

Please don't hate - but today I spent most of the time in the pool. That's central Texas for ya!

4 seasons don't exist where I'm from... Only Winter and Summer. Dammit!

Spring? In South Florida, there are only two seasons, fall/spring and summer. Fall/spring runs December through February. The rest of the year is summer. This year, we didn't have a fall/spring. we had two periods where the temperature dropped below 60, but that was it. Now we are starting the rainy season called early summer. and in a few weeks we will enter the other summer period called hurricane season, which runs June through November.

Two seasons in South Texas - Summer and Fall. We're spring into the low 90's this week. Ugh!

Me, too. I had to memorize the first 40 lines in college. What a pain. But, it is one of the few things I remember from undergrad school. That and how to operate a beer bong.

Here the weather remains exactly the same or colder as the recent winter.

Beautiful spring day here. The azaleas and rhododendrons are blooming.

Well, another day has passed and I didn't use algebra once.

I love Chicago, but the man running the weather machine here should be found and beaten.

For spring to have "sprung", does that mean it has started or that it is over?

Per the classic ode, I always interpreted that "spring has sprung" meant that it is over:

Spring has sprung
Fall has fell
Summer's here and it is hot as h3ll

That's how I always thought of it.

I'm just hanging out, really.

Yes! Except that I think it's already summer here (Ft Worth, TX). Already had 90's in April and will repeat with increasing regularity (and high temp) in May...

We're inching closer to 90 here in Texarkana too. Apparently, this summer should be hot but short. Something to do with El Niño or La Niña.

Right. In Texas, it's been Spring all Winter. It was a really aromatic Winter.

EDIT: Uhhh, "...*lousy Winter..." I guess? Why on earth did it censor my original word and replace it with aromatic? o_O

The weather here in NY can't make up it's mind. We've gone from winter, to summer, to spring, to fall, and back and forth for weeks.
