Orc took the kids to the library and I'm trying to get stuff wrapped up before my job ends on the 22nd, not getting very far.... grrr I HAVE to get this done, why will my brain not cooperate.

Fine, i'm going to complain about the color on kids... I'm really interested in buying stuff from kids (obviously 3 young kids, 2 young nieces, innumerable birthday parties, etc), but that orange is painful.

IMO, feedback has never yielded us anything of consequence. It's just a "shiny distraction" to let us think we can affect their decisions.

I generally feel the same way, places like here and FB in particular. There are some client driven sites when they are young enough that it probably gets seen. And any worthy admin appreciates a good bug report. Some of my requests are so little (like tone down the orange on kids) that there is a remote chance that if it isn't up against the designer who really loves that attrocious neon - it might could happen since I personally have practically stopped reading the woot emails because of the orange.

Even though practically everyone prefers the old date/time stamp on posts - the simplest change - I bet never changes back.

My guess will be the deals people like the new system better since they won't have to think about how old a deal post is.

seems to me woot's beating a dead horse on the deals site. I just don't think they are going to make very much money there, despite snapster putting all his effort and all the available emphasis on it.

Just had to go dig f-i-l's i pod out of the floor furnace, at least I didn't have to crawl under the house. I did manage to slice my arm on a sharp piece of metal though.
