Well, how do you fare compared to the Zeitgeist? Chat up your fellow wooters and let us know how lame this poll was or what obvious choices we missed. For example: Was this poll a) STUPID, b) DUMB, c) POINTLESS or d) ALL OF THE ABOVE?

Hot is fine, cold is fine, cool is fine, warm is fine, so long as it's dry.

If I can't put my top down while driving I'm miserable.

Born, raised and still live in Oregon. While I tolerate rain, I've kind of had more than my fair share.

I do love it, but not in excess. As in not in 4-5+ days in a row.

Love Woot!

Nothing beats the calm before a big storm. The wind, the smell, the anticipation of chaos....truely one of Gods gifts

I don't mind rain if it would just go ahead and rain. It gets annoying when it will sprinkle just enough to mess up your windshield, then stop, over and over.

Thunderstorms are spectacular.

Here in the desert, a rain storm is a true blessing. Makes all those dormant desert blossoms pop.
Also, it really greens up those golf courses and replenishes our aquifer.

Gotta have the water. Love the rain.

I love a good rain, especially accompanied by thunder. Overcast days are wonderful. For some reason it makes me pensive and in the mood to write..though my writing is pure drivel. Anyway, bring on the rain!

I live in an area where our thunderstorms are typically worse than our tropical storms or Cat 1 hurricanes. I don't mind them when they happen on a lazy day, but I despise driving in them!!

I was born in Oregon and displaced to Nevada when I was 6. I miss the rain and love the weather every time I go back up to visit family.

I think it has more to do with the temperate climate rather than the abundance of rain.

Yes, I enjoy the rain. In south central FL it's especially nice sitting on the porch with a big drink and chatting with neighbors. Now thunderstorms and squall lines are another story. We always have cleanup around the property after those. I'm always tickled, tho, when it hails on the steel roof
Must we get into the issues with hurricanes??

Depends: is it night, and am I driving? If neither of the above, I love thunderstorms.

You mean it's a real thing? I thought it was a special effect on TV that didn't really exist. Interesting...

Judging by the poll, we wooters are a glass-is-half-empty dark-cloud gloomy people.

That can't be right.

My first Winter in Seattle: I don't care what the "official" rain gauge says... it rained on ME for 93 days straight! I thought I was imbued with the spirit of some kind of ancient native Rain God. I almost went home to So Cal. Glad I stayed, though, and learned all about vacations in sunny places during Winter months!

I lived in SoCal for 25 years, then moved to Tucson. Day one was the first of 40 straight with 100+ degrees. I was only in Seattle (actually Bremerton) for 6 days. Rained the entire time. No no no no!! Love the heat.

AFter growing up in the storms of Tulsa, I can put up with the gray, fog and drizzle of Seattle. I just wish it didn't last for 7 months in a row...

I love rain. Period. I love the suspense when the sky is pitch black and the thunder roars and the lightning splits the skies. Then the clouds unleash their wrath and that is glorious. It is even better when in a car. The best storms are the ones in Bangladesh that last for weeks on end.
