Just saw e-article on the BeanPad Portfolio model. Looks like the Pad and base cover can be removed from "The Lump". Anyone seen one of these? If so, I wonder what is done about the exposed Velcro on the Pad side? I'm so glad some people bought this. I love the idea! Watch and play game on bed alot and my mammary glands is getting tired of being "The Lump"... Lol

Now I would def go for the Portfolio version! BTW I've used pillows, blankets, elbow, and yes even dog, but they just are not very accommodating :-)

I'm chronically ill and spend waaaay more time in bed or on the couch than I'd like, holding my iPad in an awkward and eventually painful manner or propping it up with a pillow. I'm not sure I'd want to be seen in public with one of these puppies, but it definitely solves a problem. Thanks Woot!

You can buy 5 beanpads for that price. I've been thinking about buying the Hanfree, but I just bought 2 beanpads instead.

To the naysayers -- I really have been looking for a reliable way to prop up my iPad on hard, secure surfaces as well as less stable surfaces. It's working great.

For those that got theirs, did you have any tracking (if you checked)? Mine just says shipping info received, but no status or ETD. Usually, I see a little more movement by now.

I did get a tracking number for mine. Using it right now. I LOVE it! I made fun of it when I first saw the picture, but the video (funny as it was) actually made me want one. It is just what I needed!
Also, the pink color matches my pink smart cover perfectly. Fits great on the new iPad. Thanks Woot!

Only regret....Should of bought two. Bought one for my wife (pink one). Hate to say I'm fighting to always use it on my IPAD. Love this thing!!!

One of the best items i've purchased yet. Perfect accessory for home use. Cant live without one now.

I bought this and am really happy with it. As someone who has nearly broken my nose on several occasions while reading in bed, this is the nearly perfect way to safely prop up the iPad in bed to surf or watch a movie.

It definitely isn't something I use 100% of the time and is easy enough to pop your iPad into and back out of.
