Everything I have purchased from Woot worked and still works.

The flash drive should have a warranty through the company so you should contact them to start RMA procedures.

I haven't bought a ton of items, but between my boyfriends account and mine, I would say we have bought about 20 items or so, and haven't had any problems. My niece absolutely loves the tablet we got her from Woot. Plus they have wonderful customer service. I'm surprised to hear you've had such a bad experience.

How do you contact Woot customer service?

On the top, right side of the woot page (you may have to scroll all the way over), just click on the "write us". That will bring you to a fill out page to sent to customer service. Or click here to bring you there(: Or you can send an email to service@woot.com
Make sure your email settings don't dump woot.com emails into your spam folder.

and you waited the 24 - 48 hours since contacting them and checked your junk / spam folders for any incoming messages that your antivirus / email client might have deemed as spam.

I did get a response, their suggestions did not work and few of them were even from Centon, they directed me to users "solutions."
It seemed like an effort to direct me away and hope I would go away. I wanted to order Woot laptop today but would I get the same hassle if there was a problem?
