If Wootalyzer is "already running" how can I view the information? When I click on the icon, I get the message "You may only run one instance of Wootalyzer at a time". That's OK; but where is the Wootformation?

Kill the Woot.exe process from Task Manager and then launch Wootalyzer again. It should display properly then.

I had to actually uninstall Wootalyzer and re install to get it working . . .
