It has been <$160 for the past 45 days on Amazon. What is woot thinking??!?

EDIT: OK, not the same set. The first item in search results don't match. The 11-piece is $287 and the 9-piece is $549. Weird prices!

Re-branded & cheaper previously on Overstock.com?

Couldn't find this 'set', MR-610 on Regal's Website.

I do very much like that it is Made in America!

Not a good deal on woot today!

Actually it may not be a good deal if you were actually comparing the same two items but in this case you arent. You linked the American Kitchen 10 piece set. This is RegalWare 10 piece set.

The one you linked doesnt even have a griddle! Sorry but before stating woot posted a bad deal (which is totally not possible!!) verify you are comparing the same items.

Made in Kewaskum and West Bend WI. I have toured their plants. Nice company, nice people, nice owners. They sell their cookware at Kohls department stores under their name and I believe they are also labeled by other companies in Europe.

Seems like it was heading out to be a great wootoff from the look of the overnights. Lots of items in quantities that moved quickly (considering the limited # of buyers at 4am) and even the first shot at a bag-o-Cracker Jack prizes.

And now we have $300 tablets, $200 pots and pans and next up - $600 knife set?

Hopefully once we (meaning you) have each purchased 3 of the next few $100+ items, we'll be back to the quick and cheap goodies.

Sugar 'em up and send 'em home

But that would imply that father's belong in the kitchen.

The only time i'm in the kitchen is when i'm cleaning the cookware. ;)

Just saw same set on OverStock.com for $159.95. Of course they're out of stock (hey, maybe the website should be "OutofStock.com!) but they say if you can wait they'll have more. ..... just sayin'.
