Got one of these a while back. It works fine, but hurt my ear if worn for more than 20-30 minutes at a time.

Yet again, if only I had purchased something, I would be all over this. But I cant gamble on paying $6 for this.

Got this last woot and they suck. Mic sound quality is very poor compared to my webcam's mic and head phone is just kind of uncomfortable.

But for $1 it has a mic... so eh. If you already have free shipping and you want somthing for say your kids to break - go for it.

will this work on a standard xobx controller?

Been that way for a long time. That's the second best thing about the "old" woot..checking in and finding that nugget for a buck or two. Much different now days unfortunately.

In for 3. What's with all the whining, a well priced item, if you don't want it don't buy it. The whining is getting ridiculous, really. What do you want a monitor or TV for $1?????? Gosh!
