Is there zoning that prevents a tear-down?

My garage roof has moss all over it. I don't get it. The tree in my yard and the yard next door came down in the last two years, and the moss got much worse! I figured that if the roof gets sun and air there should be no moss.

I wonder if we will just throw the stupid garage down and rebuild it. We should have done that when we moved in. Too many other things to do back then.

It is probably deemed "historical." I am still wading through all of the stuff I got at the town hall. It is a fairly complicated property as it has additional acreage that has been said is unusable. It just misses it by a hair. And there was another structure on the property that was torn down so they were hoping something would be grandfathered in so they could sell the additional land.

So unless someone wanted to throw a ton of money at it, it is a dump.
A dump that can't be used just for the land.

If I did this correctly, I need to send out 50 Christmas cards to the US, 13 Christmas cards to Canada with double postage, 1 to the UK with double postage and 4 Holiday/Non-Christmas cards to the US.

68 cards.

82 stamps.

Hopefully I am right. I have 110 stamps.
